We+MFO
A Shopify store for custom orthotics, shipped on a tight deadline and wired into the client's foot-scanning system.
The situation
MFO sells medical-grade custom foot orthotics online. Customers get their feet scanned, and each pair is made to their measurements.
They needed a store that could sell a technical, made-to-order product with confidence. It had to connect to the ordering system they already used to scan feet and log measurements, and the deadline was tight.
A custom store, shipped against the clock
We refined the brand, then designed and built the Shopify store. To hit the deadline, we connected Shopify to Claude Code through an API, which cut setup time dramatically and let us configure the store far faster than a manual build.
We then worked with a development team in India to make the store talk to the client's existing ordering system, so scans and measurements flow from the customer straight into production.
A listing system, not a pile of product photos
We defined the listing strategy: what each image in a product gallery needs to do, and in what order. When to show a lifestyle shot, when to zoom into a detail, when a comparison or a benefits graphic does the selling.
That logic became a set of templates, so every product line gets listings that are consistent, fast to produce and built to convert.
What is it?
A clean product shot that answers the question in one glance.
In real life
The orthotic in use, so buyers picture themselves wearing it.
Up close
Materials and construction, for buyers who compare specs.
Side by side
How each model differs, so buyers pick the right one.
Why it works
The problems it solves, in plain language.
The result
MFO launched on time with a store that explains a technical product clearly and connects directly to its production workflow.
The listing templates mean new products go live with the same quality and logic, without a new design brief each time.
